How to get Support on PBCS

Project-Based Calendaring System (in short PBCS)
is an open source project and usually you can get help by mailing the developers of the open source project or the developers mailinglist. The drawback is that you don't know if they are gonna help you and if they do when they will do so. Most of the time this works only if you have knowledge about the webservers software Apache and the website programming language PHP. There are currently two ways to get support on PBCS, namely Self-support and Support the Open Source way
Self-Support on PBCS
If you are a webdeveloper or website maintainer you can help yourself by reading through the FAQ and the forums or the Documentation page. You can post your questions on the Forum which is read by more people the PBCS developers.
Support the Open Source way
If you have problems and tried everything you can come up with, then you can get support by emailing the PBCS supportdesk. Usually you well get an answer within a few days. Most of the time it will be on the same day as you submit your support request, but if you are unlucky and real life matters demand it then you could be waiting for a few days for an answer.
